Israel to eventually surrender to Resistance's conditions
Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem says that the Israeli regime will eventually surrender to the conditions set by the Resistance.
MEHR: Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem says that the Israeli regime will eventually surrender to the conditions set by the Resistance.
In an interview with Mehr News Agency, Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the result of the Gaza war would be a victory for the Resistance and a major defeat for the Zionist enemy.
Speaking about the possibility of the expansion of the level of war with the Zionist regime, the Hezbollah official emphasized that the possibility still exists, but they cannot determine a specific time or specific conditions that will lead to the expansion of the conflict. He said that this issue depends on the developments in the field and the decisions of Resistance leaders at regional levels.
Pointing to all the available evidence from the developments of the Gaza war and the intense and widespread conflicts in it, he said that the Zionist regime has suffered many casualties, some of which it has officially announced and some of which it has not announced by far.
It seems that after 70 days since the beginning of the American and Israeli aggression, the Resistance is at a high level of readiness and mobility and has the will to fight against the Zionists in ground operations, he said, adding that the Resistance forces carry out their operations against the Zionists from a very close distance and with great courage and bravery, causing heavy damage the positions and vehicles of the Zionist enemy in Gaza.
"Based on this, we believe that the power of Resistance to continue its activities is a real power that is associated with stability and strength, and there is no other option. This strength and continuity of existence, God willing, will continue until the final victory over the invaders."
Referring to the recent widespread propaganda regarding the UNSC's 1701 resolution, Sheikh Naim Qassem said that now is not the right time to talk about the resolution. He said that what really matters today, is the field confrontation and the fight against the Zionist enemy in the south against its aggressions and expansionist actions.
Talking about issues other than the issue of defending and confronting the Zionist enemy in the south of Lebanon should be postponed until the Israeli invasion of Gaza ends, he underlined.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the Hezbollah official said that there are no internal provocations inside Lebanon.
He further stressed that the result of this war would be a victory for the Resistance and the heroic Palestinian nation, and a hard and painful defeat for the Zionist enemy, who wished to eliminate Hamas or free the Zionist prisoners without giving benefits. "Tel Aviv must finally surrender to the conditions of Hamas and the Palestinian Resistance and pay the price of this great aggression."
After the end of the conflicts, it will be clear that the Zionist enemy has been defeated and this defeat will cause conflicts and internal problems in the occupied territories, he underlined.
"Even before the events of October 7, the Zionist regime was in a state of vacuum as a result of internal disputes, and this process has not stopped and has not ended, but I believe that this situation will expand and this is part of the costs of war and aggression that the Zionist enemy has committed," the Hezbollah official continued.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he touched upon the internal developments of Lebanon, saying that they hope that the election of the president will take place in Lebanon, but the current situation does not indicate such a process, because different groups insist on their positions.
Therefore, it takes time to solve the issues and the conflicts in southern Lebanon have not influenced the political options of the internal Lebanese groups, he stressed.
