IRCS indicts Tel Aviv for human rights violations in Gaza
The head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) announced that the organization has issued an indictment against the Zionist regime for crimes committed in Gaza and violation of humanitarian law in the enclave.

At the 160th meeting of the Supreme Council of the Red Crescent Society on Tuesday, Pirhossein Kolivand stated that the IRCS, as the head of the country's Humanitarian Law Committee, considers supporting the oppressed Palestinian people and protesting the deliberate violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in Gaza as one of its top priorities.
He stated that the Israeli regime has been indicted by the IRCS with the support of 86 Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for 90 documented violations of humanitarian law in Gaza.
Israel waged its brutal war on besieged Gaza on October 7 after Hamas carried out an unprecedented operation against the occupying entity in retaliation for its intensified atrocities against the Palestinian people.
At least 28,858 Palestinians were killed since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, 2023.
Israel has imposed a complete siege on the densely populated territory, cutting off fuel, electricity, food, and water to the more than two million Palestinians living there.
