Sepaking during a government cabinet meeting on Wednesday, the Iranian president condemend the Israeli regime's deadly attack on Gaza's Jabalia refugee camp.
Ebrahim Raeisi called the savage bombing of the Jabalia refugee camp and the killing of innocent people a continuation of the Zionist regime's war crimes against humanity in the past 20 days, emphasizing the direct role of the United States in these crimes through equipping this regime with weapons and other types of military aid.
He pointed out that the events in Gaza are an a show of inhumane actions in front of the eyes of the international community, noting that these crimes indicate the failure of international organizations to establish security.
These crimes showed that many international treaties and the United Nations Charter have lost their prestige and effectiveness, he said, adding that the international community must reconsider these mechanisms at the request of public opinion.
The President stated that the decisive vote of the members of the General Assembly to approve the cease-fire resolution in Gaza could lead to the isolation of the United States in the international community while describing the approach of some Western countries in accompanying the Zionist regime in crimes against humanity as a manifestation of double standards in international systems.
Gaza officials have said that dozens of people were killed in the strike carried out by the Zionist Israeli regime military on Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the Gaza Strip.
There was an Israeli air attack that targeted a group of residential homes in Jabalia camp in the north of Gaza on Tuesday afternoon.
Al-Jazeera cited the Gaza officials that at least 100 people were killed in the Zionist regime strike.
