The agreement is aimed at maintaining cooperation between the government of Iran and Russia through cultural centers.
In line with the implementation of cooperation in the fields of humanitarian, technical cultural, and scientific, information, participating in cultural programs, and supporting Iranian expatriates to secure their rights, these centers are necessary.
