Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says that Russia should be careful regarding the West's taking advantage of its mistakes.

Ghalibaf made the remarks on Saturday morning, reacting to the 6th Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum statement held on Wednesday in Morroco, regarding Iran’s trio islands.
In a message on X social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, the Iranian parliament speaker said that in Iran's Seventh National Development Plan (7NDP), the government is committed to the development of Abumusa, focusing on the three islands, in various fields of commerce, sea-oriented economy, higher education, medical care, etc.
"This is Iran's practical answer to the UAE," he stressed.
"Relations with Russia are based on Iran's national interests and mutual respect," he went on to say, adding that any claim that has the intention of harming the territorial integrity of Iran is definitely against these principles, it will be assessed against these relations by Iran and will be met with a serious response.
