Iran, Saudi Arabia discuss increasing economic ties
Iran's ambassador to Saudi Arabia Alireza Enayati and Chairman of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry held talks over expanding the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially trade ties.

In a meeting held on Monday, the two officials discussed the expansion of ties and cooperation between the two Muslim countries.
Referring to the initial agreement for the development of bilateral ties in economy and trade between the two countries, Enayati said that Tehran welcomes expanding ties with Saudi Arabia in economic fields.
He said that Iran and Saudi Arabia have much potential in industry, agriculture, technical and engineering services, energy, and tourism, and can take steps towards the development and prosperity of the region by cooperating.
Hassan Al-Huwaizi for his part in the meeting, referred to "Saudi Vision 2030" and said that the private sector of Iran and Saudi Arabia can cooperate through the exchange of delegations and common communications and that Saudi Arabia welcomes this cooperation.
