Iran, Russia discuss security, defense cooperation

During the meeting which was held in Moscow on Wednesday, the two sides discussed bilateral, regional, and international issues.
They reviewed the relations in the field of security and defense, and the most important regional and international developments, including the continuation of the Zionist regime's crimes in the Gaza Strip.
Patrushev condemned the recent deadly terror attack in Kerman and condoled with the Iranian government and people.
He referred to the Iran-Russia comprehensive cooperation agreement, saying that the agreement would pave the way for strategic cooperation between the two countries.
Today Moscow-Tehran relations are being increased to a new level in all fields, he stated.
