Major General Hossein Salami made the remarks in a meeting with IRGC officials on Tuesday morning.
Referring to the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the IRGC chief hailed the Iranian nation's glorious participation in the 22 Bahman rallies.
The Iranian people have thwarted the enemies' plots by their intelligence and faith, he added.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Salami referred to the role of the IRGC in defending the country, stressing that the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps will surely emerge victorious if it enters a military war or a cyber warfare.
