Morteza Moradian, the ambassador of Iran to Hungary announced that the Economic Commission of the two countries started working in Tehran with the presence of Iranian Finance and Economic Affairs, Ehsan Khandouzi, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary.
The holding of this commission is aimed at developing relations between Iran and Hungary in the fields of trade, investment, industry, customs, agriculture, energy, transportation, science, education, and technology.
He said that private companies of the two countries also have an active presence in this commission.
Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Siarto has traveled to Tehran to meet and talk with Iranian officials.
He is also scheduled to meet Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on Thursday.
