Iran FM meets Islamic Jihad Secretary-General in Tehran

Hossein Amirabdollahian met and discussed with the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine Ziyad al-Nakhalah and his accompanying delegation in Tehran.

He praised the important role of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in defending the rights of the Palestinian nation and fighting against the aggression of the Zionist regime.

He considered the unity of the Resistance in Palestine and the Gaza Strip as one of the valuable manifestations of the Palestinian nation, adding that, the unity and cohesion of the Palestinian Resistance movements and their heroic battle, as well as the historical and exemplary standing of the Palestinian nation crushed the spirit of the enemy and great victories have been granted to the Palestinian nation in various political, legal, and international fields despite all the hardships and bitterness.

 Iranian top diplomat stressed that the visit of Palestinian Resistance leaders to Tehran on the eve of World Quds Day contained an important message for the region and the world, assuring that this year's Quds Day will be celebrated with as much glory as possible by the free nations of the world.

Referring to the increase of crises inside the Zionist regime, the Iranian Foreign Minister stated that today, the Palestinian nation is more powerful and supported by the nations of the world and the Zionist regime is more hated and isolated than ever.

He emphasized that the world will undoubtedly witness more victories of the Palestinian nation and Resistance in the future.

Ziyad al-Nakhalah, for his part, considered Iran as a real supporter of the Palestinian nation, Quds, and the Islamic world, praising the continuous support of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the President, the government, and the people of Iran to the Palestinian nation.

He added that the Palestinian nation and Resistance did not allow the realization of any of the strategic goals of the Zionist regime despite the six months of the unequal war against the Gaza Strip and the all-round political, international, military, and military support of this regime.

The Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine described the Zionist regime's war against Gaza as a great test for the whole world, saying that in the past six months, the true face of friend and enemy has become clearer for the Palestinian nation.

He further added that the Resistance movements in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Syria also withheld their honorable support to the Palestinian nation, stressing that the Axis of Resistance in the region has the most unity and cohesion than ever.

He emphasized that the Palestinian nation has its own will, determination, faith, and courage and will impose its will on the Zionist enemy and its supporters, assuring that the final victory over the Zionist enemy will happen soon.
