Iran nuclear science, technology conference kicks off
The 1st International Conference on Nuclear Science and Technology and the 30th National Nuclear Conference started in Isfahan on Monday with the participation of the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).

The 1st International Conference on Nuclear Science and Technology hosted by Iran kicked off in central city of Isfahan on Monday afternoon.
Mohammad Eslami, the chairman of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) was present in the opening ceremony of the conference.
The UN atomic watchdog chief Rafael Grossi arrived in Tehran on Monday and he is expected to speak at the Isfahan international conference on Tuesday.
Grossi is also slated to meet Iranian officials including the foreign minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian later today.
The conference is planned to last for three days.
The IAEA chief was received by Behrooz Kamalvandi, the AEOI spokesman upon arrival in Tehran.
