Thousands attend Nasrallah commemoration ceremony in Tehran

The commemoration ceremony of the late Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the IRGC general Abbas Nilforooshan kicked off at 10:30 Tehran time at Tehran's Grand Mosalla Mosque.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei is set to lead the Friday prayers after the ceremony.
The Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah Resistance movement Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was martyred in an Israeli airstrike on the suburbs of Beirut on September 27.
In the early hours of Tuesday, massive crowds of people gathered in Tehran's Grand Mosalla Mosque to participate in the ceremony.
Before the ceremony kicked off, the Mosalla halls were filled with people who were counting down the minutes to meet the Leader.
The people carried the flag of Palestine on their shoulders to declare solidarity and sympathy with the Gaza people.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution also attended the ceremony to deliver the sermons and lead the Friday prayers.
Addressing the sermons of the Friday Prayer, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei called on Muslims to stay united together to enjoy the endless power of God.
Ayatollah Khamenei also noted that creating division is the enemy's policy.
According to the Quran, if Muslims get united, they can overcome the enemies, the Leader said, adding, "The enemy of the Iranian nation is the enemy of the Iraqi nation, the same enemy of the Lebanese nation, the same enemy of the Egyptian nation, the enemy of all of us is the same."
Regarding crimes committed by the Israeli regime against Muslims, the Leader said, "We neither delay nor rush in doing our duty."
At the end of the ceremony, Ayatollah Khamenei led the Friday prayers.
