The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has said it targeted the headquarters of the Israeli regime's ministry for military affairs in the occupied territories with a drone early on Sunday.

The Iraqi umbrella group of anti-terror groups said in a statement published on its Telegram channel on Sunday that it.
The statement said that “the fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq targeted, at dawn today Sunday 3/24/2024, by drone, the headquarters building” of the Israeli ministry for military affairs in the occupied territories.
“This qualitative operation comes in these blessed nights to confirm our continuation of destroying enemy strongholds and our completion of the second phase of operations to resist the occupation, which will escalate during the blessed month of Ramadan, in support of our people in Gaza, and in response to the Zionist massacres against defenseless Palestinian civilians,” it added.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has carried out a number of key operations in recent weeks, including multiple attacks on Ben Gurion Airport, a power plant in Tel Aviv as well as major Israeli ports in solidarity with the people of Gaza.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq on Wednesday said its fighters attacked Ben Gurion Airport twice in one week using drones.
The resistance confirmed the attack against Israel which waged a genocidal war against the people of Gaza.
In response to the Israeli massacres against innocent Palestinian civilians, the second phase of the Resistance's operations has started which include the enforcement of a blockade on Israeli maritime navigation in the Mediterranean and putting Israeli ports out of service.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq says it will continue its attacks on Israeli targets until the regime stops its genocide in Gaza.
It has also struck major American military bases in Syria and Iraq amid anger over the US support for Israel’s onslaught on Gaza.
Israel has waged a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7.
More than 32,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have since been killed in Gaza, and more than 74,000 injured.
The regime has also imposed a “complete siege” on the territory, cutting off fuel, electricity, food and water to the Palestinians living there.
